From blueprint to a flat seat
LarsLap supports the full valve grinding process, from selecting the right abrasive to specifying the right machine, and in some cases developing new equipment together with the customer when a standard solution does not fit the application. The range works as one system. Portable grinding machines, grit paper and discs, micron paper and discs, and diamond and CBN abrasives are matched to the job rather than chosen in isolation, which shortens grinding time and reduces the risk of repeat work and unplanned downtime. Valve maintenance classes and ongoing service keep results consistent over time. Across material, training, machines, and service, the same goal holds. Valves are returned to dependable performance at a lower lifetime cost than replacing them.
